Director

Dr Lindsay Ryan
Lindsay is a thought leader in the area of corporate education. His ideas are reflected in numerous papers and articles published in academic journals and business publications. Lindsay is also the author of the book: Corporate Education - A Practical Guide to Effective Corporate Learning.

Prior to establishing Corporate Education Advisers, Lindsay spent 7.5 years as Director Strategic Partnerships, the corporate education unit of the University of South Australia.

Lindsay has over 20 years experience in corporate education program development, management and delivery in executive education, vocational education and higher education. Lindsay’s previous business experience includes: 13 .years operating his own business as a strategic marketing management consultant; 6 years in the television industry in a marketing and sales management role and 10 years in the radio industry in programming, production and sales.

Lindsay is also Visiting Fellow in Corporate Education with Birmingham City Business School in the United Kingdom.

Dr Michael Court
Michael has conducted his own management consulting practice since 1994. His principal consulting interests are in the strategic management of organisations and the development and implementation of balanced scorecard systems. He established Balanced Scorecard Australia at the beginning of 2009. Michael’s early career was in accounting and economics in Adelaide. He subsequently enjoyed a senior management career in both the public and private sectors, culminating with periods as Secretary of the SA Health Commission, CEO of Mutual Community Health Services, and CEO of Foundation SA. He is an adjunct senior lecturer in strategic management for the International Graduate School of Business.

Dr John Park

Dr John Park
John has been involved in a wide range of corporate education activities for the past 25 years. He currently holds a faculty position at Penn State University in the Outreach organization, with a primary focus on management development.  John regularly teaches and facilitates planning sessions for a broad array of corporate clients.  His expertise is in creating customised learning solutions for organizations in the service sector including accounting firms, credit unions and the insurance industry.  He is regularly asked to speak at regional and national conferences on topics related to change management, talent development, succession planning and management development.  

Prior to joining Penn State, John was the commercial lines manager and assistant vice president for an insurance agency, a commercial underwriter for Pennsylvania National Insurance and a senior casualty underwriter for Commercial Union Insurance.

John earned a B.S. and an M.S. from Shippensburg State University and an Ed.D. in Adult Education from Penn State University.
